You are buying a beautiful hand crafted resin shift knob design by Mr__Grip. This shift knob is 5 1/2 inches tall with dark blue cherry blossoms encapsulated inside the resin. The bottom base is  blue with star flakes 

has silver star glitter flakes added to the knob 

there is a repair done to the knob which can be seen in the close up photos. 

The thread pitch is a common 12MMX1.25.
